No. Flow orchestrates the patient episode and integrates with the HIS or EHR you already run, it adds the workflow layer, not a parallel record.
Which HL7 messages does Flow speak?
ADT for admissions and demographics, SIU for scheduling, ORM for orders, ORU for results, plus FHIR R4 resources where the receiving system supports them.
Can Flow integrate with SPMS services?
Yes. Flow is designed for the Portuguese public-health context and connects with SPMS-managed services and RSE; it works equally well alongside private HIS infrastructure.
How does the patient experience the workflow?
